What if I'm late?

Arriving late could compromise the ability to perform your entire treatment. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours of notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our patient coordinator. Appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled within the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

What if I do a no show?

A “No Show” occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice. If you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or require prepayment for future appointments.

Can I make a return?

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail:
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificate purchases.
