C2 Aesthetics Terms and Conditions

Welcome to C2 Aesthetics (“C2 Aesthetics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a medical practice operating a med spa operating under a licensed medical director. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of our website located at www.c2medspa.com (“Website”), our services, and any related communications. By using our Website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Medical Disclaimer
All content on this Website is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical aesthetic services require a consultation with a qualified provider, and all treatments are subject to medical approval. Use of this Website does not create a physician-patient or provider-patient relationship between you and C2 Aesthetics.
Results vary by individual. C2 Aesthetics does not guarantee outcomes.
This Website is not monitored for emergency communications. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Patients under the age of 18 must have written parental or legal guardian consent and may require the presence of a parent or guardian at appointments, depending on the service.
3. Consultations & Treatment Refusal
All patients must complete a consultation prior to receiving treatment. C2 Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if deemed medically inappropriate, unsafe, or contraindicated, as determined by our medical providers.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a $150 no-show fee.
- Fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
5. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CareCredit, and Cherry.
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All services are non-refundable.
- Packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Memberships, Packages & Subscriptions
C2 Aesthetics offers memberships and packages, including the Beauty Hive Membership.
- Memberships may include automatic renewal.
- A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership.
- Memberships have a minimum 90-day commitment.
- Beauty Hive membership benefits do not expire while membership is active.
C2 Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership terms with notice.
7. Promotions, Loyalty Programs & Gift Cards
Promotions: – Promotions may be combined unless otherwise specified. – Promotional offers have no cash value.
Loyalty Programs: – Participation in third-party loyalty programs such as Allē® (Allergan) and ASPIRE Galderma Rewards® is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Gift Cards: – Gift cards do not expire. – Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. – Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
8. Assumption of Risk & Results Disclaimer
Medical aesthetic and wellness treatments involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, redness, discomfort, allergic reactions, burns, scarring, or unsatisfactory results.
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that results are not guaranteed. A separate written consent form will be presented by a APP or physician, reviewed and signed prior to receiving any treatment.
9. Website Use & Communications
By using our Website or booking services, you consent to receive SMS and email communications, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Online booking is facilitated through Patient Now, and use of the booking system is subject to its applicable terms.
10. Reviews & Testimonials
By submitting reviews, testimonials, images, or other content, you grant C2 Aesthetics a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish such content for marketing and promotional purposes. A separate written consent will be provided to patients to consent or decline consent to publish such content.
11. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of C2 Aesthetics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C2 Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services.
Further, this Website is intended for users located in the United State, and services described may only be available in states where our providers are properly licensed. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available outside the United States.
13. PRIVACY/HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI)
C2 Aesthetics is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your protected health information (“PHI”) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and applicable Texas law.
While this Website may collect limited personal information, no medical advice is provided through this Website, and transmission of information via the internet is not guaranteed to be secure. HIPAA protections apply to medical records and communications within our clinical operations, not general website inquiries. You agree not to submit protected health information (PHI) through general Website contact forms unless explicitly instructed that the form is secure and HIPAA-compliant.

Requests for copies of medical records must be submitted in writing and are processed in accordance with applicable state law and HIPAA.

15. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided by C2 Aesthetics shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
16. Governing Law/Complaints and Licensing Board Information
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We strive to provide high-quality care and welcome feedback. Patients are encouraged to raise concerns directly with the Practice so we can address them promptly.
If you wish to file a complaint with a licensing authority, you may contact the appropriate board for the provider involved.
